Examine Family Time
Take a bit of time to examine how sufficient the time is that you spend with your family. What is the quality of that time? What is the distribution of your family?
For example, are you spending adequate time with your spouse, your children, your siblings (who live locally), your parents or your in-laws?
- How would you rate the interactions with each of these groups?
- Is that time producing positive results or is it generally a negative experience?
